MotherEarthEssence LLC. cares and is dedicated to providing professional and exceptional services with our designs and creations. Customer satisfaction is our aim, your business is what we value.
Returns and exchanges ARE NOT ACCEPTED . ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Custom work will require deposit of at least 25% of the final cost and shipping. Custom design work is allowed only one (1) “return & redesign or alteration”.
Custom order Tumblers ARE NON REFUNDABLE & NO RETURNS! Concept designs for custom orders tumblers can be changed up to 24 hours of productions ( i.e.if you place your order with ideas on 12-1-20 and if you change your mind on the design , you have until 12-2-20 11;59 pm to submit a redesign concept)
Tumbler turnover rate is 7-20 days ( each design may vary, therefore the completion time will as well)
Unless tumbler is RTS ( ready to sell / already created )
For other artwork customs orders:
A deposit of 25% of total cost of order is required prior to design and production.
You will receive updates of the creation process up until the time of shipment / delivery.

Only those who are intended to receive designs are allowed in shop. PLEASE DO NOT BRING GUEST OR CHILDREN!
We are taking precautions and CDC recommended instructions when you come to the shop . You WIL be asked a series of questions related to symptoms of COVID-19 and or other health concerns prior to coming into the shop and before application. Please note: You may be subjected to receiving a temperature check prior to entrance.
Lateness & Cancellations:
We understand life happens and things are not always in our control, but if you are going to be late please call IMMEDIATELY to reschedule. Please be respectful of the next clients time and arrive on time. We are thankful for your business and understanding .

ONLY uses 100% pure organic Rajasthani Henna and natural ingredients. Our recipe contains NO CHEMICALS !
We make and roll our own henna cones to ensure safety and satisfaction.
If you have skin sensitives or allergies , it is HIGHLY SUGGESTED YOU DO NOT RECEIVE HENNA OR JAGUA !
Please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities prior to coming to your appointment.
We ARE NOT responsible of the outcome of you tattoo once you leave the shop / we leave the event.
Please note: Henna is temporary and only provides a stain for a short period of time. How dark your stains are after application, may vary from the length of time of paste remaining on the skin, to the tone of skin on a person.
Stains will mature over time usually within 24-72 hours.
For safety, we highly recommend to use our designs as intended; as designed for.
So that you can enjoy your design for a long as possible, please follow all instructions / guidelines/ inserts inside packaging. Mother Earth Essence LLC shall not be responsible for any damages nor injuries when instructions of use are deviated.
